PCR test requirement to enter Abu Dhabi

I'm a newbie, not sure if I add this topic to the correct forum. My husband has an upcoming visa interview in Abu Dhabi. Will he have to present a negative PCR test when entering? Thanks for anyone's help.

A PCR test is required to get into Abu Dhabi. The test must have been taken at most 48 hours before the trip to Abu Dhabi

We were DQ in November. Thank You he was approved 😊.
