Hey fellas. I filed form I-130 for my spouse who lives in Pakistan back in August of 2020. I've noticed that people's I-130s have been processed a lot quicker than mine, and I was just wondering when I could expect to hear back from USCIS. I'm a US national, and my application was sent to the Nebraska Service Center. It just seems as if the processing times posted on the USCIS website doesn't correlate to what some applicants are experiencing. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

The USCIS published estimates are just that -- estimates.  They are not guarantees.  So yes, some cases may be approved faster than the estimates, while some may take much longer.  But I can relate to your frustration.  We filed our petition months before you did.  Still no update from USCIS.  Sigh.
