Update: my card is now being produced. I actually faxed them again yesterday with more evidence. I told them my rent is due and I have no means to pay anyone back if I borrow money to tide me over. This morning, the card is being produced.

maybe a coincidence or maybe it worked.

I wonder if that even worked. Likely not...

It must be the 14 day call back. Didn’t realize they had a 3 day one

Asked someone from Congress to call. They pretty much were completely useless even after calling USCIS. Pretty much repeated my statuses back to me that I could’ve looked up. Continuing to wait... 6 business days since I submitted my evidence.

I sent a letter to my congressman and haven’t heard a single thing back, I sent that at the start of January 😅

Yea they’re useless. I’m debating sending the evidence again with a few additional medical bills added to it.

I’m starting to think that if you’re not approved in 5 business days you will likely just get your EAD through normal processing times.

I just did that today too. Are you on the 14 day call back or 3 day?

Just got a call from a tier 2 officer basically said he has no information to give me and can’t see anything on my case until the officer who has my case approves or denies it.

Omgosh!!! So basically an officer is sitting on this case all this time?  Interesting.

I’ll let you know if I get anything interesting from Tier 2. Doubt I’ll have more luck, but worth a shot. All I want to know is if the evidence was reached.

The officer also said that when you fax your evidence it goes straight to the desk of an officer, so depends on their work load how soon your request gets approved/denied.

So it’s luck. If you get the not so efficient officer you’re waiting weeks...
