Hello Everybody,

Finally i got my Joint Sponsor!!!

My wife's income for 2005 was short i embassy asked for a Joint sponsor

Embassy demanded following documents from Joint sponsor

* Original form I-864

* IRs 2005

* Proof of citizenship

Now i have received IRs of the year 2006,

now the question is that embassy will accept it ???

Please guide if anybody have info regarding it

I expect they will. If the request said 2005, it was likely an oversight.

Congratulations on getting your co sponsor. I would send in 2005 as well as 2006 since your dealing with Islamabad and I know they would want the most current year (but they asked for 2005 since it has taken you some time to find your co sponsor) and if you only submit 2006 they could give you an additional 221(g) for the missing 2005 that they asked for previously. Just my 2 cents and I went thru Islamabad.
