Horrible story, apparently they shot the guy four times in the chest and took off with two of her dogs. He laid there bleeding out while clutching the remaining dog to his chest. No idea if it was a targeted attack, but she's offering a $500,000 reward. That's a very nice part of town south of Fountain. The block he was on, just north of Sunset, is a bit sketch, although less so when I was in my early 20s. This feels like a targeted attack. 

 

Poor guy, and I'm worried about the dogs' safety too. :(

He's not dead and his family has said he's expected to make a full recovery.
