Ok so continuous residence is ok.

And the poster above is correct that trips under 24 hours don’t need to be listed, so your 20+ holidays and any work flights longer than a day are what you need.

Excellent news, thanks! Should I make a list of all my trips outside for more than 24hrs and bring it with me to the interview?

Yes. The interviewer will probably want to keep a copy of that to add into the file, so make sure it’s the same format as the N400 section on trips.

Most of the overnights are under 24 hours. It's the 20+ vacations :)

If I94 isn’t working... The airlines keep records of your prior travel with them... I know this for a fact, managed to get all my frequent flyer points added for around 3 years of travel (12 overseas trips) thanks to their records 😀 a simple phone call and they print out your travel history, way easier than sifting through emails... just need to know who you flew with and in your case that should be easy.. I’m talking vacations only, not work related.. maybe try HR for that 🤷‍♀️

Filed: Citizen (apr) Country: Ghana

I think the forms are supposed to be filled as accurately as you can and with what information you have. I wouldn’t sweat it over trips you don’t remember exactly. It’s the officers responsibility to also do the verifying, that’s why we pay fees and give fingerprints and all that.

Do the best you can. You can’t do more than your best, it is what it is !

I did the math and between April 2017 and March 3, 2021 I've been outside the country approximately 410 days. Is that too many?

I am a little confused at the 4 year time period here. If you are applying on the basis of marriage then the 3 years before you apply is what counts. Anyway it sounds like it should be fine as the physical presence requirement is 18 months out of the 3 years so even if that was all in the last 3 years the numbers still work.

Interviewed yesterday. Got the decision cannot be made at this time. I gave updated list of my travel abroad. The officer said she'll approve my case once she adds that in to my application. Haven't had any change to status online.

I think maybe the website has stopped working for LPRs (it was never really supposed to in the first place), I have seen a good number of people say they have been unable to retrieve  records - including my husband when we looked there some weeks back to update for his n400 interview (we had used the online i94 to fill out the form originally) - same thing, no record.

I was able to get my travel history and save it months ago (the pdf I have says Sep. 2020) but I just tried to enter my info right now and it couldn't retrieve the record. On one hand I'm glad LPRs are treated the same as US citizens in terms of having one's travel recorded, but on the other hand it makes looking up travel history much harder for the N-400 and other purposes. Could it be a Biden admin change?

No, my husband was before the change
