You don't need affidavit of support for I-751.

Read the guidelines

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Affidavit of support for the condition removal petition?

Affidavit of support is not need when filing I-751.  It is needed if you are filing for adjustment of status, form I-485.

Are you mixing up submitting joint tax returns to show evidence of relationship?  That is part of the general evidence attachments for I-751

I am not sure what are you talking about because it is clearly stated everywhere that it's good to add affidavits by friends that your marriage is bonafide

Affidavit of support is a specific form, I-864.  That form is not need when removing conditions.  The title of your post states "I-751 Affidavit of Support"

What you seem to ask about are Affidavits from family members attesting to bona fide relationship.  If so, then that is the weakest form of evidence you can submit.  I would only recommended if you do not have other evidence.

Joint bank account statements, joint taxes, both names on mortgages or leases, having children together, etc.  Those are better types of evidence to submit.

You used the term "affidavit of support".  That's an official form used for a sponsor to qualify financially.  You are talking about affidavits attesting to the bona fides of your relationship.  You can do that, but you are reading from a list of POSSIBLE kinds of evidence.  Affidavits would be the lowest priority and value among the items on the list.

Oh okay. We filed taxes together the last year. This year we haven't filed yet. Also, I have my husband in my 401k life insurance and I am covered under his health insurance. We had a joint bank account last year but now we don't. We are from a different culture and I don't have a financially responsibilty toward the family. In fact, his parents take care of everything as it's a joint family

Also, I have an auto loan and it has the same address on it. Although my husband isn't on that but it's a proof that I live at that address. I have photos of us together.

Do you have him designated as your emergency contact with your employer?  If you have that, and if he has that with his employer, that would be helpful to include, too.

Car insurance listing you both as drivers?  Any holiday cards from friends/family listing you both on them?  Subscriptions/memberships to things listing you both (Costo?  Sam's Club?  Amazon?)?  Credit cards?

This is not a year to delay filing the tax return.  Send some of the joint account statements, like the newest, oldest and one in between.  Other suggestions you've received are good too.  I don't understand what you mean regarding his parents and financial responsibility.  Why do you think that has anything to do with your relationship evidence?  Maybe it does.  Please clarify.

My husband doesn't wanna file his taxes yet.

His parents take care of the financial stuff as we live with them so I don't have a joint account with my husband anymore. But we have joint auto insurance. I am covered under his health insurance. He is covered under my critical condition insurance: He was listed as my 401k beneficiary with my past job and my current. Also, He is my bank account and brokerage account beneficiary.
