The only I-751 that I can find states that it expires 12/31/2019.

Any newer version?  Link or...?

That is the current version. Be sure to double check the USCIS site for a new version right before you send it in.

Thank you, and that's a good idea to check on the day I mail it.

Here's another that you might be able to help me with, or perhaps someone else.

Where do I mail the packet?  (I'm NH)

From visajourney’s “Removing Conditions (I-751) on US Permanent Residency Step-by-Step Guide”

https://www.visajourney.com/guides/removing-conditions-permanent-residency/

“The I-751 form and accompanying documents are mailed to either the USCIS California or Vermont Service Centers (click here to see the filing location for your state) depending on your state of residence. (Use certified mail or priority mail with delivery confirmation, and write "Attention: I-751 petition to remove conditions of status" on the envelope under the address.)”

The link is dead.  We’re in NH, where can I find the proper address to mail our I-751 to?

Yes.  Always refer to the official USCIS site for mailing addresses, current forms, etc.

Thanks all.  I wonder if others run into the same issue that we're running into.  Our two best friends won't write an affidavit, while one of our tenants are happy to.  It's paranoia of governmental agencies.  I don't think it matters as we own our house and vehicle together and have plenty of other joint accounts and photos.

Affidavits are weak evidence.  They aren't needed if you have quality evidence.
