Stuck in NVC

Hi,

My mother-in-laws case are with NVC. All the document from petitioner and applicant been submitted and status shows that "submitted" since November.

There is no update from NVC and they are processing January/February cases. Why they fall behind on our case. Knocked NVC through email and no reply.

Any thoughts or experience lately with NVC.

Where do you get the info NVC is processing Jan/Feb cases? Their website https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html says

As of 22-FEB-2021, we are reviewing documents submitted to us on 16-NOV-2020. Please note, as result of April 22, 2020 Presidential Proclamation, we are reviewing documents for cases not subject to the travel restrictions first.

So if you submitted in November they are presumably about to get around to your case.
