Guys!

I'm wondering about I-134 and I-864. In Packet 3 HCMC said to tell Kevin done the form I-134 and that i will have to bring to the interview and in Packet 4 they said about I-184. Will I have to bring all form I-134 and I-864 to the interview or just I-134? and What is I-864 for?

Thank you all for helping us!

Hang and Kevin

Kevin done it, the form I-134. And in Packet 3 they said to bring it to the interview. I just didn't understand about I-864 because they said it in Packet 4 and said it in the THIRD: Assemble the documents listed below in the order they are listed and bring all of the documents (originals and photocopies) pertinent to your case with you to your interview. Your application will be refused if you fail to bring all required documentation. DO not mail the following documents to the Consulate General. Bring them with you to the interview.

1. Your Appoiment letter

2. Color visa photographs

3. ID (original and photocopy)

4. Household registration book (original and photocopy)

5. Passport

6. Form DS-230 Part I and II

7. Birth certificate for each applicant and the petitioner (original and photocopy)

8. Marriage certificated, if applicable (original and photocopy)

9. Divorce decree, or death....

10. If chirlden...

11. Police certificate

12. Forein Police certificate....

13. Count....

14. Military....

15. Medical exam result

16. The petitioner must submit a complete Form I-864 Affidavit of Support.....

17. Proff of your relationship.....

So what is #16 with form I-864 here for??? I dont understand why they say it in Packet 4 in the document required if it's for me when i'm in the US????

I-864 is used for the marriage visa...what is it, the co1? Something like that. Also for AOS. For all k-1's, use the I-134.
