Processing time

Is it just me but last week I checked USCIS processing time for Brooklyn office and it was18-36 months, they were on receipt date February 18th 2018.Today it says 19- 46 months and receipt date is May 5th 2017 are the working backwards or something?

Nothing new there, they’re always pushing dates backwards and extending timelines... extremely annoying and unlikely to get any better

I'm so frustrated I was here hoping that my interview would be scheduled next month now who knows when.

Tell me about it. I have yet to receive my EAD and we've been waiting for 7 months. Others were getting their EADs even though they just got their bio weeks ago. I really have no idea how NBC is processing our papers.

I waited 9 months for bio... still no EAD at 10 months but at least my interview has now been scheduled... those waiting month and months for bio seem to go straight to interview or so seems the trending at the moment

Wow! Good luck on your interview. Unfortunately, I'm in Brooklyn which is now at 18 - 46 months processing of AOS so I doubt I'd be as lucky as you. LOL

Let us know how the interview goes! I'm sure you'll be approved

My local office says 14-26 months and did say 36 mths a week or two ago... so who knows what’s going on but I’m not going to argue with them if they want to do it now lol maybe they’re thinking we’ve waiting so long for EAD might as well do the interview 🤷‍♀️

Oh wow! That's great! Hopefully, we'll have some miraculous news with our papers soon as well. LOL
