I need to know one thing, Will NVC forward case to embassy if embassy has not yet resumed immigration visa or k1 visa. Will it be possible to send case to embassy.

no it does not send to the embassy untill the embassy resume k1 processeing

We haven't! I will reach out to them next week probably to ask for an electronic copy. Sounds like it's typically 2 weeks after ready that it arrives.

Same. I reached out to them on the support-india email id and got an automated response. Let me know if you hear something. Also, you aren't taking an interview date before you receive the packet 4 right?

We actually scheduled our appointment! Expecting it to get cancelled with everything going on, but we will see!

Oh I see! We were told at the medical centre that they won't allow us to do the medical exam without the packet 4. Did you manage to book a medical appointment? I'm confused about whether or not to go ahead and book an appointment without the packet 4. Would it be possible for me to reach out to you personally and talk more about this?

Sure! You can reach out! Some medical centers require P4...but in Hyderabad I can just bring my interview confirmation!

case number: 15 April

intransit: 27 April
