Hello everyone,

My fiance and I are at the interview stage with the US embassy in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.  We are confident in proving our love, however there is one potential flag that worries us.  My fiance previously tried applying for student visas before we did the K1 visa and she failed twice.  I know the US embassy will ask about it.  She's a doctor in Vietnam but wanted to study to learn more in the medical field and broaden herself to apply to her clinic.  We're worried that because of her previous visa attempts, they will think that she's trying to come to the US through the K1 visa.  We're truly are in love and want to be together and have been waiting a long time, through COVID, trying to be together.  Please advise on what we can do.  Thank you very much.

Warmest Wishes,

Andrew Truong and Ngan Duong
