My wife and i have tried over and over to register for courier service like we are suppose to do before interview next month at USEM manila but we are having problems always comes up with errors.  Will it hurt us if we can not get it done before interview?  Dang us gov websites never seem to work properly.

You have up to 24 hours after the interview to register the delivery address

Can you give them the address at the interview?

In my particular situation, it might be.  We will be trying to sell our house here in the Philippines towards the end of this year and move into a rental for the duration of our stay in the Philippines.  I hope to have them interview in Spring 2022, and it is likely our address will have changed.  Perhaps I can delay the DS 260 until after we change residences, if we are able to move towards the end of 2020.  If you remember from my old posts, I was looking for ways to delay anyway, because we don't want the medicals too early.

What kind of error do you encounter? Are you selecting "register delivery address" (should not be "immigrant visa")?

Yes trying to register address for the courier service to deliver the passport and visa once she has passed. The error is due to the captcha then comes up with a different one can not remember the other one

What can we do if the error keeps happening even after the interview and not get registered?

Is the address going to be different than the address on the ds260?

I called.

No going to same address as on ds260 this is the error that keeps popping up we try her married name and her maiden name neither one will register

The will deliver to the ds260 address unless you designate something different

Have you tried calling them? Maybe they can walk you through. Below are the phone numbers to call.
