Financial documents for F2A

Hi everyone,

 

My petition for my wife and daughter was approved recently, I’m still a student, and I work mostly part time jobs, so my uncle is going to be my sponsor since he has valuable assets and good income

 

do I still need to provide my statement of account as financial document???

You are the primary sponsor.  You will have to provide an I-864 and supporting documents. That includes tax documents.  Your uncle will be the joint sponsor.

Thank you, but does it matter if my income isn’t that much? And is it only tax documents?? Or do we need I need to include bank statement ?
