Passport with visa arrived without yellow packet

Good day! I just got my passport with a visa today but upon checking I noticed that one of the annotations on the visa says "Class A or B (TB) Req Attn of USPHS at POE", as seen on the picture. Then when I checked the other paper that was included in the packet, it says that such annotation means I have to enter the US with my passport and a yellow packet.

 

But then again, the problem is, I didn't receive any yellow packet! Is this normal???

It's normal. The visa also says "IV Docs in CCD." Thus CBP can access the relevant documents through the Consular Consolidated Database (CCD).

You wont get yellow packet because they sent it digitally...so just get on your flight and no worries

it is totally fine. All your documents are online in the counselor's Database. 

 

Can you please mention your dates of DQ, Interview letter, Interview date, and visa approval/receiving. As many people are looking for such information,

this would be so helpful
