Receiving another approval after the NOIR, what happens?

if the USC is able to get the NOIR reversed and the case reapproved at USCIS (it goes back to the original office -1st stage),  the case will be sent to NVC and all all the documents get resubmitted (new police report,  new I 864 and otheres)  and you wait for a new interview

We met on Facebook in September of 2017 and we did not marry on my first visit I went there for the first time in January of 2018 ( we did have an engagement ceremony during this visit) and I went back in September 2018 to get married. I have made a total of 4 visits to Ghana.

They mostly focused on how we met on Facebook during the dual interview and his father name.

In Ghana, a engagement ceremony means you are married. So, in Ghanaian culture, traditionally speaking, you did indeed get married on the first visit. Also, has your husband ever had an engagement ceremony with someone else?

Hello,

We finally received the NOIR in April of 2024 and was just notified that our case was reaffirmed on August 31, 2024.

Now more waiting, for an interview date.

That's encouraging news. May I ask the details of your NOIR? What documents did you have to send. Did you use an attorney? So far we only know the consulate officers closing statement at the original interview, "We do not believe your marriage is real" and my husband was handed the white 221g letter with recommendation to revoke. Thank you so much for responding.

They didn't ask for any other documents just to clear up some details. Our attorney wrote affidavits to rebuttal and we received the notice that our petition was reaffirmed.
