US Embassy in Vietnam was the beneficiary's country.  But that has nothing to do with them reviewing your case here by the USCIS I believe? I'm not sure.  I thought USCIS investigate the Petitioners material more and once it's transfer to the NVC/US Embassy in Vietnam they do their investigation of the beneficiary.  I would imagine they USCIS have to enter in all my information in their database and then once it's transfer to the US Embassy in Vietnam they'll pull up our case in their system.

My financee find it weird that they didn't ask her much questions. I told her probably because they did their investigation on me over on the state side and all they had to do is pull up your information. They probably mark you in the system as a "green light" low risk for fake marriage or "red light" high risk for fake marriage already in the system when they pull your record up.
