  Yep, ordering 800 million doesn't mean we get 800 million, but it does give us a better chance of getting what we need. It's not like we will be wasting the extra doses. 

 

  Ordering that much is also an acknowledgement that the previous administration dropped the ball by not ordering enough doses ahead of time, and getting caught in the numbers game trying to order more when every other country was doing the same.  As we have seen, the way not to do it is to order 100 million and then scramble for more at the last minute when those run out.

You don't know that it's a lie, it could very well be true.. Trump stated what he believed to be true, which he shouldn't have because it is not a statement of fact.. We will never know if the fraud that occurred was enough to overturn the results of the 2020 election, I happen to believe that it was.
