800 million also takes into account that there will be spoilage and waste. Personally I'd rather we have a surplus on order (or at least reserved, which is what I have read the 800 million number is -- a reservation) than too little.

Not me, I’d rather we run out and then complain about it. Good to switch blame to Biden from Trump’s inept handling and dismissal of the virus.
