do i need to update my address ?

2 questions :

I'm a us citizen and i applied for my parents to come to the us , they  got DQ'ed last OCTOBER but my mom just passed away , my questions is : DO i have to let them know that my mom passed away ? DO i get a refund for the processing fee and all other fees i paid ?

my other question is that i just moved 2 months ago , do i have to let the NVC know my new address ?

Sorry for you loss

 

i’d simply withdraw my petition for her on the grounds that she’s passed, if you don’t her visa will simply be denied anyway because she won’t attend her interview.. unfortunately I don’t think USCIS provide refunds, but if I’m wrong I’m sure someone here will correct me..
