You're my hero! 😊. The strange thing is that the processing timeline for California still has September 2020 for current processing time so ive been confused.  Thank you for all your help

No worries! we are in this together! The official timeline stats is on USCIS. They are still processing September cases as well but below is the official timeline.

I would use the VJ processing time as a rough guide but use the experiences of actual filers commenting plus the USCIS processing times page more It took us two months to get our NOA1 - similar to you! However, the processing timeline page on VJ never updated to reflect that so we were in a state of panic the entire time. I sat and watched my received date come and go and it kept going but it was clear we had not received our NOA1!

Great to see you active ladies discussing this on he thread. Jan 15th filer here and had similar confusions about the received date for NoA1! Good luck to us all and would be great to know of our progress with NoA2. 🙂
