I-485,I-131,I765 receipt number without I-130

Hi guys,

The fees for AOS package (i130+485+131+131) was charged yesterday, and I was able to get the receipt numbers for i485,131,765 from the USCIS chat.

but I don't have the number for I-130, so my petitioner husband called and ask for it, and they said it's not in the system yet and advised us to call back next week!

Is it a normal situation? I'm confused that how I485,131,765 were accepted without acceptance of I-130 in the first place. Hmm

Hopefully it rolls into a system next week, and I will be able to get the number for I-130. but it looks so weird to me haha.

 

Any advice would be appreciated!!

You don't really care about the i130 as much as you do the i485 as the two forms will be adjudicated together.   I would just relax and watch
