Interview Schedule - What documents do i need from my wife ?

Hello everyone,

 

I filed based on 3 year marriage. Just got scheduled for interview.

 

What documents do i need from my wife for the interview ? I only have our marriage certificate.

Do i need to have her ssn, birth certificate  or passport with me ? I already uploaded them online.

We don't have that on hand so need to know if they should be mailed to us right away. We don't have i751 pending, it's been approved.

 

Those documents are in a different state and didn't feel like mailing them and don't want to fly to get them unless absolutely necessary.

Per the invitation letter. The original copies of the marriage certificate and her naturalization certificate or citizenship certificate or birth certificate is what you need. This is the last step do the needful and have them handy you don’t want to be rescheduled for just not having a document.
