Give it a few days 2-3 days and check again. Additionally, the mail will make its way to you incase it was a document 

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

you just applied February 9th of this year,   give the system time to get your info input and then understand ,  they really don't give information at all/ it will just say case was touched when an officer looks at the case documents

 

Understand we don't get a lot of feedback from immigration/ when it goes to NVC it is a little better and i say "a little"
