Unfortunately, no news on F4 reforms.  Biden proposed immigration reforms yesterday.  Nothing on F4.  F4 is a low priority.  It will take a while for Congress to hash things out.  Immigration reform has been discussed for 40 years and no changes.  Don't expect a quick deal with a split Senate.

Thanks for the response.  I saw that a proposal was rolled out and my googling couldn't find mention of siblings, except for some mentions around election time, but I figured I'd double-check here.

There have talk about abolishing this category for as long as I can remember, and of course it may happen as apart of some deal. I personally doubt it. But I have been wrong before.

 

If it does happen there may well let the existing applications carry on, I can see no benefit in waiting to file.

Thanks for the response.  We have 2 pending applications.  One for over 5 years, and one for  about 3.5 years.  Neither has been approved yet; both still state receipt only.  I realize there is a long wait ahead for both applications, but I still try to keep up on any surrounding legislation.
