Hi...I am filing a I 130/k3 petion for my wife. We were married april 23 2007. I previously had a K1 visa approved. The girl came to America stayed for three months and returned home. That K1 visa was approved sept of 2004. Should I include a letter explaining that situation in my I-130 packet, or not make an issue out of it?

I was thinking I should deal with it before they ask me about it, but it has been over two years, and I am now filing a k-3.

Just trying to avoid unnecesary delays.

Thanks for you help.

bholiday,

You only need to answer and/or explain any previous visa applications where applicable on your current forms. It would also be prudent to inform your wife should she be asked at her interview.

I would also suggest that you hold off on taking this wife to Disney World.
