Can I bring my step-son to the US?

I feel like a pain in the butt.

Anyways....I am sending in petitions for my husband, step-daughter, and step-son. My husband is not listed on the birth certificate for his son. Is this going to be a problem?

I don't think we can add him unless we go to mexico to do it and right now we can not do it. Can I still file the I-130?

Anyone know how I can change the Acta de nacimiento for his sone from the US?

Is the spot for a father's name left blank? or filled in with someone else's name?

I'm not sure how else, besides birth certificate, you are going to prove he's the father?

It's just blank. I was thinking a paper showing paternity like DNA test

Some embassies use only a few specific DNA labs here in the US. You can ask them which ones and then buy the

kit, send everything over where they will take the test on that end also. It will cost $600-$1000.

You have to ask the embassy if they will accept any other documents confirming paternity.
