No, I have been contacting usps and they created a case for missing package. So it is their reply for my inquiry.

The problem is they said it was delivered back on 12th, if uscis got it then, how come there is no notification or cash out from my bank? Now I am even more worried

USCIS stated when I contacted them, and this was my frustration, that they are not scanning some things for up to 90 days on some instances. I definitely would suggest using the Emma chat and connecting with a Live Agent during business hours. It will take a minute in order to be connected because sometimes especially during high traffic times it will tell you "Live support is not available at this moment. Try again later. " Be persistent and keep trying to get a live agent by typing "live agent" and eventually it will take you to a chat queue line (it'll say something like "you are number 30 in the queue") and wait.

I think the fact that they are saying it's delivered is definitely some positive news! But definitely inquire with the USCIS agent to see if they received it. They will ask you for your name, DOB, and A number.  Hopefully they will be able to see if your case is there or not and not give you a canned answer.

I told you from the beginning of this thread to STAY CALM. Your package is in the pipeline of the USPS en route to Chicago lockbox. As a reminder, we sent ours on 2/11 with signature at delivery. It was supposed to arrive on 2/16/ holiday. USPS notified us that there was a delay and it was finally delivered on 2/17 with the signature and name of receiver. As from now, no updates. Check not cashed by the USCIS.

For the past 3 weeks, it is been a nightmare with USCIS loosing packages. I lost packages from eBay thru USPS.

So folks, let's stay calm and keep our fingers crossed

good luck to all

You sent yours the same day as me and yours arrived a day late. I think my situation is a bit different than yours as mine has yet to even move for 10 days. I'm not concerned about the NOA1 yet. I'm concerned about it even getting there. 10 days on a priority package? When I've been receving all my other packages from the same area of the country within the last few days it has been business as usual. No delays. I think I'm being pretty rational in my concern for this package.

But thank you. Hopefully you get your NOA soon.

Can you keep us posted when you get your e-notification to see more or less how long it takes to the package be processed.

Have you tried to start a case on USPS website using ur tracking number? They reply in 3-4 days. At least you would get some sort of update

I’m not sure if I started a case per se but I did call their consumer affairs. I’m going to possibly call again tomorrow if not Friday and see if that’s maybe something I can do. I’m sick of the stress this is causing. I’m okay with waiting if I know it is at the uscis office. I realize that there is a lot of waiting involved :( I just want our case to be on file and in the system sooner or later.

Yeah, I hear you. It does get frustrating that you don't know what is going on and what to expect.

Hope you will hear some good news here in few days!

Great news. I told you. This step is LESS stressful  than the time elapsed from the NOA2 to the K1 the interview. We passed the most stressful stage. Now, we should remain CALM and the USCIS do the rest.

********GREAT NEWS!******Just wanted to update everyone that our package was ******FINALLY DELIVERED!******We are elated!

Now the waiting begins! Hopefully this thread will someday be useful for someone should they go through the same issue. But from what I learned; at least during this time, I am going to consider going through a courier the next time around. Especially as this pandemic goes on!

Good luck everyone!
