Need Help! Islamabad Embassy

Hi Everyone, I have few questions to ask. Is the Islamabad Embassy open? Are the working on any US visas? Are the taking any interviews? Please kindly let me know what’s going on, because it’s been 1 and half years since my husband interview. They asked us to upload few documents on Ceac website and we did right away but no one reviewed them, documents got removed after exactly one year. We have no idea,  what to do. They still have our passport. This is the status showing when interview completed one year and they removed the documents.

There is still a ban affecting F2A until March 31 (or maybe earlier if Biden ends it).

Thanks a lot, but as it shows refused on my status. So it doesn’t mean it’s rejected ?

Status is Refused for cases covered by the visa issuance ban.  After the ban is lifted, follow up with the embassy regarding your husband's case.
