Did your friends/siblings hand write their letters or type it out and how long were the letters?

My fiances mother handwrote her letter and I plan to help her type it out for her to sign. It is roughly ten lines long but quite short and straight forward.

They typed it and signed it. They included their full names addresses and our relationship to them, then signed that they bear witness to us abiding by the rules of the K1 visa.

Affidavits from the beneficiaries side are usually worthless cause the beneficiaries friends and family might do everything to get them into the US 😉 but I agree that they might help to paint the bigger picture if USCIS feels like something is missing.

I currently have two affidavits now from my fiance (the petitioner's) side , his father and mother who work for the state.. 

Does this mean I don't need to include my side of the family? Or i should also include them to paint a bigger picture... ?

This^^^. It's the luck of the draw. It can be the same way during interviews at the embassy. It's like having that infamous 7th grade math teacher that never gave partial credit. Send your new info in. You will be fine.

Good that you got the terms and conditions, because they don't want to see that the relationship was built through a marriage broker service.  Anything that will make good evidence, submit it.  

 

We got an RFE for a paper work I already submitted, as I have proof of making copies of the entire package.  Resubmitted it, and it was cleared.

Couldn't hurt. I don't remember us sending in a ton of evidence for intent to marry for our K1, I'd have to do some file digging as that was almost 5 years ago (at that point we were already dating for 5 years and had visited each other several times in both the US and Canada since we met in 2011).

Is there anything "weird" about your timeline? By weird, I mean you met when one of you was married to someone else, and the divorce was finalized fairly shortly before you filed the I-129F. That's something I've seen on here a few times. It's not a bar at all, they just want to understand better the timeline.

Nope we have both never been married before 
We are both in our twenties, one year apart, both speak english as first language. 😕

Everything is dated, highlighted with a caption to explain each item clearly

Anything else we could possible be missing ? 😕 
This seems like a lot but right now we have no idea what we got flagged for so we are going to just completely go overboard on it to not risk another RFE

Just wanted to confirm, they mean copies of any of the items listed right?
Or do they want us to send his actual birth cert / passport ? O_O

Because I was very sure it's copies, but my fiance re-read it and says it doesn't mention copies and he thinks it should be the actual item ...
