I brought that “extra” evidence to the interview but none of it was looked at FYI. It would be helpful if you updated your timeline and added your country so it showed on your profile. Every embassy does things a bit different and some it may be more important than others to have added information. If you and your fiancé have seen each other since the petition was submitted I suggest having proof of passport stamps, hotel receipts, labeled photos etc of the trip(s). My “extra” evidence was updated passport stamps, labeled photos of us and with family, hotel itinerary’s, phone logs ..but again, none of that was looked at (but I had a very thorough original I-129f as well as updated info when packet 3 was sent back)

When I went for my wife's interview, I  brought extra pictures of our time together, along with any extra proof, like hotel receipts, passport stamps, chat logs, etc.  Of course, they ended up not asking to see it.  Always good to have it on you though.

I notice a lot of people say at the time of the Interview they end up not looking It. Is it because the Intial  application I-129f was strong enough and the questions answers were enough.

You are correct.  For me, I was always worried like "what if they want to see this, see that, etc." So I was always worried when it came time.  At the same time, I felt showing my presence at my wife's interview was enough.

It can be a number of things. Strong application, no red flags, specific consulate, consular officer that is having a good day/mood etc etc. Always good to come very well prepared.

When they called her name up, I also went up to her to the window.  They simply asked me if I spoke Portuguese, I dont so the interview was in English.  They didnt ask me any other questions.  And they didn't ask the last time we saw each other, but I had plenty of proof to show that I flew to Brazil every 6 months.

Bring photos / more than likely CO will not ask to see them but the CO will note you have some

But if you do not bring in additional evidence such as photos,  they will ask for them
