Hi guys!

I know we are in the tax season, so I already have my W2 from 2020 sent out to me, the financial document which is I864 requires that I send the IRS tax transcripts for the most rent tax year+ W2, however, if I plan to file this coming week I will not have the transcript for 2020 in a while. so Should I just send them 2019 tax transcripts and  W2 since I did not file yet for 2020? should I wait to file until I send my Documents?or

can I send them 2019 tax transcripts and 2020 W2?

important!!

they require better to send tax transcripts NOT income tax return.

thank you!

At this time 2019 is the most recent tax year

After April 15th,  2020 will be needed

since they are way beyond slow doing tax returns ,  i would be prepared to use a copy of 1040 with a your w2 copy and a letter from employer to say you are currently employed and the yearly income for the 2020 if needed

if you are able to get the 2019 and / or 2020 IRS transcripts when needed , it is better but so many have written on here they are having issues getting them
