Yes I printed the VJ guide and I got confused when I read from that site that Beneficiary's passport data page is needed.

VJ is a much better source for information than elsewhere, imo.

According to the USCIS page https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f, there's no mention of the need for the beneficiary's passport biographical page. Officially speaking, there's no need for it hence the VJ guide didn't list it either.

If you choose to submit it, it doesn't harm your petition submission one way or another.

If you have it handy and you want to slip it into the package, by all means do it. If you don't have it handy, don't kill yourself over it 🙂

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

What if tbe beneficiary doesn't yet possess a passport?  Not needed until consulate phase.

Thank you for your timely feedback.

Quick question, I am using a joint sponsor because I spent most of my 2019 and 2020 outside the country with my fiance, will I still need to submit my tax returns when we get to that phase?

Absolutely cause you'll always be the main sponsor. If you earned enough you're required to file your taxes in the US. If not then show them that you're exempt.
