01/19/2021- I drive my wife (applicant) to the Application Support Center only to see a closure notice outside. I check my wife's case status and it says the Biometrics has been rescheduled and they'll send a notice in mail and send request if not received by 02/15/2021.

02/15/2021- We never received reschedule notice so I go online and request notice; they finally email! "Thank you for your request: USCIS will review and process the request. Expect a reply by March 9, 2021."

How does a three (3) day office closure delay processing by fourty nine (49) days?

Is there a chance we are going to miss the rescheduled appointment waiting for the notice that never comes?

Thanks in advance,

Chengbert
