Hey! Yes, there are delays. Though, I am thinking there are likely delays with anything being processed. However, it is looking like processing is picking up! I would assume the k1 timeline is certainly not as quick as it has been historically, but I have seen movement. From when my petition was received to the approval was about 9 months. That being said, we submitted our petition right before COVID shut the world down so I imagine the initial processing for a new petition with USCIS may be a bit quicker. 

 

 I'm at the NVC now. The next step (getting to a consulate) will depend on what your country's rules and regulations are with COVID. Some are processing, some are not and some are processing slowly. Be patient, you'll get there before you know it
