G-1450 Form (Applicant/Petitioner/Requester Information)

We just sent in our concurrent filing of I-130/I-485, but it has not yet arrived at the Chicago lockbox. I used certified mail to send it and it arrives 2/16/2021. I (the petitioner) filled out two separate G-1450 forms for I-130 and I-485 with the appropriate fees and signatures. However, I am slightly panicking because I realized I put my name (the petitioner) in the "Applicant/Petitioner/Requester's Information" box for both G-1450 forms. I realized that I probably should have put my spouse's name for this field on the G-1450 for the I-485. Is this something our application can be rejected and returned to us over? Should I attempt to intercept this certified mail and fix it if necessary? Ironically I thought this form would be the biggest no brainer and I managed to potentially screw it up. Any advice is appreciated!!!

I entered in my USPS tracking number and it is eligible for package intercept. However, it doesn't let me confirm the destination address or submit a request... so that must not be true. I guess I will have to just wait and see what happens. Would putting petitioner's name on both G-1450 forms result in an automatic rejection? 😢 I have a highly organized application with a cover letter outlining petitioner, beneficiary, all the forms, etc. Just this slip up. 😔
