Hi everyone,

Anyone hear of any testimonies of the time frame from NOA 1 to NOA2 ?

Normally what would take a week,  probably will take longer due to COVID 19 and the delays that has been cause by this.

I have seen it taking a long time 8-10 months some cases 1 year. 1 year and half

Right now the processing time from NOA-1 to NOA-2 is 5.5-7.5 months which doesn’t include the next step NVC and then embassy interview. Although there is a delay, it has been mentioned that time spent waiting for NOA1 will be taken into consideration. So basically the time waiting still counts towards NOA-2.

Hi Luciana,

Thank you for your response , however I was talking about the process from NOA 1 to NOA 2 not the entire process.
For an example, I have a friend that did this prior to COVID 19, and it took less than 1 week to get her NOA 1 and less than 1 month to get her NOA 2.

I was looking for more of testimonies who did this during the pandemic. However I think things are trying to get back to normal, slowly but at least they are trying

Not to mention politics, however I do believe Biden is trying to speed things up with USCIS

Thank you.

Omg 🤩

did you look through an application? how it works??

Yes! It’s the Case Tracker for USCIS app. You can search random case numbers (just use that same one I did in the screenshot) and make sure you narrow it down to I-129f after it displays the results. It will show where they are with assigning case numbers. So exciting!

They backdated it so hardly that my NOA1 is even earlier than the day it was delivered by usps lol.
Sent 02/03/2021

Delivered 02/09/2021

NOA1 02/08/2021
But of course they are somehow connected to usps itself and they received the package earlier than usps showed with tracking number

So happy to know that time works for us!
