Thanks!

Meanwhile, I have also

- submitted the Outside Normal Processing Time inquiry

- called USCIS

- asked my district Congressman to help me out

...but still there is no progress on my file. Maybe because I did most of them after Thanksgiving, so maybe the employees are in holiday mood or on vacation. But I really really hope I hear back from at least one of them in early January

My end nov outside processing time inquiry said "45days" Im counting every second! (I keep saying this, so hope the frequent people here dont think Im annoying lol but I really am going crazy and every little piece of update I take it to heart)

Lots of file in March seems to be approved, but I hope you hear something too!

Haha, we wish lots of March filers were being approved over there! :) February is still getting a decent amount of attention according to our charts, yes the majority is March now but just barely, and USCIS only processed 43 cases yesterday so take that as you will. They are still touching February cases across the board so you guys shouldn't lose hope, we're rooting for you - partially because the sooner you guys are done we can feel some love! ;)

Happy new year everyone!

Does anyone here get NVC case number? My fiance called NVC contact number and waited for 1 hour but at the end, the line got disconnected.

If you already got your NVC case number, what number did you call and how long did you wait and how did you reach human?

Thank you in advance!

It always takes 1+ hours on hold time if you get disconnected try again , the best times to call would be early when they first open.
they only have one phone number most likely the one your fiancé was calling on

good luck

I remember calling them very early in the morning. Took us 10 min to wait and maybe a few minutes to talk to an agent. Ask for the Case number and the invoice id. I think you need it for the das-160 :)

Hello! Call them 2 minutes before their opening time. I have done this twice and waited a maximum of 15 mins each time. My NOA2 was Nov 24 and my case is now in transit to the London embassy :) good luck!
