I'm new here and the more I read the posts... there's a tiny tiny TINY glimmer of hope to see those who got their NOA1 in Feb are receiving their NOA2 gradually.

We got the NOA1 on March 13 (sorry did see the March filter, hope that's ok) and still waiting... maybe we will also get a RFE since it seems to get trigger by the slightest thing. I will be nervous, since we gave EVERYTHING we had.

I'm on the edge of my seat!

Soooo happy for those who got updates, I can definitely imagine how happy it is!! And good luck to the rest of us!!

We feel your pain - we're at 286 days. We sent an outside of normal processing times inquiry to the USCIS last month and they said that our case will be adjudicated within 45 days.

I think we will send another inquiry next week if we don't get approved as it will be 30 days since the previous one.

Let's pray for the best! 😇

I got an RFE Nov 4. They wanted additional evidence because they didn't believe we'd met the two year requirement DESPITE sending them basically our whole scrapbook (I thought we sent way too much!). They said that my flight itinerary didn't actually prove I'd flown over. They said the pictures could've been old. They said my Airbnb receipts didn't prove we'd been together. They said because I didn't have a stamp (I'm from Canada), that I couldn't prove I was ever in the US. It was honestly ridiculous.

So we had to get written testimonies from people that knew us. We sent MORE photos. We resent the document with the photos & dates on them.

They received it November 18 and we just got NOA2 December 1. So at least we're moving..

I am an April filer but I just couldn't not react to your post - I mean what you had to go through sounds awful and just so painfully unnecessary. What else do they want if all those things you mentioned were not enough??? I can't even imagine how that must have felt but I am so so happy for your case to now be moving in the right direction. I mean, do they want us all to become YouTubers and vlog our whole relationship and time stamp every single minute of just being humans that love each other?????

Hi February Filers! It's been a while as I've been incredibly busy. My fiancé has also been here in the US with me and he's been updating the spreadsheet for me.

Anyway, we're at 81% either complete or in RFE. 123 were touched in the last week. We're getting close yet I know some of you are still waiting.

I think we'll be slowing down on how often we update the spreadsheet.

Hello everyone, I just wanted to share that on Friday we saw we were getting an RFE and we were super anxious all weekend and thinking about what it was going to be and it arrived today and turned out to be the simplest thing. They wanted proof of US citizenship of the petitioner (even though we sent birth certificate 😒). So this is for anyone who's in the same situation, don't stress about it so much because it could be anything!

Our NOA1 was february 26 so it feels like we waited too long, but I know there are people with earlier NOA1 or early march still waiting for news so this is also to give you hope that they're coming, because I know seeing this forum helped me a lot with the horror of waiting.

Good luck to everyone 🙂
