I got one early November, sent my reply and they received it Nov.15.

I knew I would get one though since I didn't send in my birth abroad certificate.

 

I'm waiting now and hoping it's enough.

RFE for disposition for arrest I had years ago I didn’t include. They received back and approved and at NVC now. Country is Peru

I got an RFE after 10 months of waiting. Feb 1 NOA. Is there way to find out what the RFE is about before the mail arrives?  Call them?

You can try to call but honestly mine just took 3 days to get in the mail

Updated the spreadsheet up to 30/11/2021. 

75.33% of Feb cases have been processed. Congratulations to all those that have been approved! Hoping I'll be able to say that soon! 

 

Currently in the US until this weekend so will update the graphs and stuff when I get home.

Just got my NOA2 approval this morning as well! NOA1: Feb. 26

I got an RFE Nov 4. They wanted additional evidence because they didn't believe we'd met the two year requirement DESPITE sending them basically our whole scrapbook (I thought we sent way too much!). They said that my flight itinerary didn't actually prove I'd flown over. They said the pictures could've been old. They said my Airbnb receipts didn't prove we'd been together. They said because I didn't have a stamp (I'm from Canada), that I couldn't prove I was ever in the US. It was honestly ridiculous.

So we had to get written testimonies from people that knew us. We sent MORE photos. We resent the document with the photos & dates on them.

They received it November 18 and we just got NOA2 December 1. So at least we're moving..

Hi guys, we finally got approved yesterday! 😍

I can't believe it, I thought it was never going to happen. I had to stay away from everything because the waiting was taking a toll on me.

We got an RFE unfortunately but then the approval came pretty quickly and unexpected. I'm over the moon happy 🥰

I hope you all got good news as well!!

Hi! Congratulations on your approval! We just saw we're getting an RFE as well. What did they ask for in your case?? I know it'll probably be different but just wondering because we're very impatient hehehe 🙈

Thank you so much! 😍 Yes the RFE was a real disappointment. I was getting so crazy that I decided to put everything away and just go with the flow.

But everybodys different. Our RFE was stupid really. We had planed to get married in early 2020, but everything got cancelled because of the panic.

The USCIS wasn't sure whether we got married or not. That's basically it lol. I hope this helps you, they simply misunderstood or thought is wasn't clear 🙄 idk 😂

Yes I undestand, the waiting and guessing is terrible! I hope you have a silly RFE as well that will be easily resolved as well!  Fingers crossed🤞
