They are all over the place this week. In among the January 7, 11, 10, 14, 19 I just saw at least 30 February 1 and that was just glancing through!

EDIT: Ignore that! there was a glitch in my script and it was showing me non I-29Fs. Sigh.

Hi everyone.
We  filed form I129F on Feb  24 and was delivered in Dallas Lockbox March 3.
I read that because petitioner is from Maryland the case will go to Vermont where processing times are 20 months.
If so this will be unbearable...any help on advice on this?
I saw some of you are from NY and it says case in California...
Thank you
Paulo

We all send the petitions to Texas lockbox facility. It gets opened, scanned and payment processed and the most of the times goes to California service center. It really rarely goes to Vermont one and if case is really hard. So ur filing location doesn’t affect to who’s center the I-129f goes to.

Looks like I need to revise my estimate. Despite assigning a whopping 3000+ WAC numbers between Thursday night and Sunday (note, this was a mix of everything) January must have been a huge month for applications because they're still on January 15th! I had hoped January would go as fast as December did but that's not the case so hoping to see the first half of February by the weekend or this time next week.

Hey!
Yes they were a bit slow this weekend. Only counted about 10-15 processed applications this weekend. On the other hand the I-765 adjustment of status cases seemed to be numerous.

Watching the case tracker it looks like there was at least one Feb 1st processed today among a lot of January 22-27! Hopefully this next week they really break into February.

Looking again there was a solid chunk of Feb 25th just processed. It was mixed in with a bunch of January 25th  so I'm not sure if this was an error or not.
