I got an email from USCIS after 10 days.

I got this.... what?????

The status of this service request is:

On 10/18/2021, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your Form I-129F to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

The processing of your Form I-129F is within our current processing time. Please see our Web site at www.uscis.gov for processing times.

We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience.

Congratulations to everyone who has received their NOA2 thus far!

Recently I went in to update my address in the U.S. and kept getting an error message that I was selecting the “wrong form number” for my case type. I definitely kept selecting 129F. Does this have anything to do with them wrapping up or transferring the case possibly? Constructive thoughts are helpful..

Have you received your NOA2? I used an app called "Case Tracker" it updates within minutes of being adjudicated.

As for NVC, they send an email to the reg. email in the I129F form. However, you can call them and request the number too. It'll probably be your fiance who calls as calling internationally will be very expensive.

As for scheduling an appointment, if the embassy doesn't allow the beneficiary, they might do it themselves and give out a date/time.
You might want to make a timeline on your profile, so it helps VJ in making estimates for others.

Yes it will be sent to Petitioners address. I think there is a way you can ask for the RFE electronically but i believe you have to inquire with USCIS.

They needed that for the petitioner?

I think they are just checking some boxes and thats all, if you have the document overnight it to them and you will be good. I have read that you can also write a small letter stating that why you didn't attach it the first time or something of that sort.
