Finally got approval an hour ago!!!!!

I can't believe I'm typing this, but I just checked and our case has been approved! NOA1 was February 3rd. I'm soooo excited!

Have you joined the September NOA2 to NVC to Embassy group? I got NOA2 Sept 28. I waited 21 days (on purpose, figuring it would take between 14 and 21 days) and then called and got the case number from NVC. My packet was sent on this week's shipment to the embassy (Tuesday) and arrived today.

03/16/2022: Visa Received

04/04/2022: Entered USA

04/21/2022: Marriage

04/25/2022: Applied for SSN > Issued same day

04/30/2022: SS card arrived

05/04/2022: Filed I-485, I-131, I-765

05/05/2022: NOA1 for I-485 and I-765

05/17/2022: RFE for I-864 

06/15/2022: Biometrics

08/03/2022: AP Approved

12/19/2022: AOS Approved (no interview)

hey guys, feb 22nd filer here. Silly question but will they email me with the notification or will I just have to keep checking the case status on the USCIS website until I get an answer?? thanks!

Download the app and track your case. You’ll get a push notification within minutes of approval. I did. I got an email notification later that day. I found out 10 minutes before my lawyer did!

 

i use Case Tracker, Lawfully, and Visa Tracker.

Just updated the graph on the spreadsheet. Big few days Mon/Tues/Thur/Fri with 40+ cases processed. Hopefully they can maintain this trend!

Glad I can give us all some positive news, We're all nearly there so we've got to hold on just a little more!
