@swissmiss, we are also NOA1 Feb 1/2021. I don't understand why our case was not in the first batch of cases they processed for Feb 1. I don't understand how some get picked while some are left unprocessed for weeks/months.    They have been barely looking at cases from Feb 1 focusing on later dates. I don't know when they will start looking at Feb 1 again and make some serious progress. Frustrating but can do nothing to get our case looked at.

Hang in there! I can say having this thread at least is a comfort. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t gone through this process themselves realizes the emotional toll it, and all the associated uncertainty, takes.

My NOA1 date is 02/08. My service request was answered saying they are working on my case give them 45 days. I have had tears in my eyes all day. I put my heart and soul into my package and the waiting is taking a toll on me.
I have decided not to look at the USCIS website for 7 days to give my emotions a break. I feel bad for the people who filed before me that are still waiting. In what other area of life do you pay $535 to be treated so badly. The customer service is terrible and your information is off limits to you.

I’m willing to be you’ll get your NOA2 before the 45 days. Hang in there!  You’re almost there!

Thank you all for the kind words. I never really post here but I just had to let my emotions out. My F (petitioner) is really upset at the situation and I am trying to stay positive for him but in real I am just as upset!

I sent an inquiry too but I just got this generic message:

"According to our records, your Form I-129F petition is assigned to an officer and under active review. While we are unable to project a specific date a decision will be rendered in your case, new correspondence can be expected shortly."

I am currently in the US on an ESTA so we have talked about getting married so I could stay but we are too afraid that I would get denied the green card so we think in the long run its better for us to just wait this out.

I totally agree with all your points. It's so disheartening :(

The 7 days break is such a good idea!! I will try to do that too, but I think it's gonna be tough :)

Yes it will be tough but living life under so much stress is tougher. Not looking for a week won’t hurt our cases but really improve our mental health. I try to stay positive for my fiancé when In reality I feel like it’s to heavy a load to carry and of course we all have negative friends that feed into our fears. So I’m going on vacation from USCIS and the negative friends.

It looks like they only worked on just one case from Feb on 10/27. Have they moved on to processing March cases?

I havent seen anything that says they have moved onto March just yet. Bear in mind a lot of people will have set their recieve date in March even though they are a Feb filer due to not realising that the NOA1 were back dated. If their sent date is before Feb 24th you can probably guarentee they're Feb filers.

Where are you seeing only one case worked on? They did 26 from Feb yesterday and so far today have done 28.
