hey i applied in february 16th but i only got noa1 in march 10th so i can submit this request?

You go off the date that's either on your NOA1 or the website for the receive date so I would guess your receive date is earlier than March 10th. Put your case number into the case tracker at https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do and that will give you your actual date. If you date is before the date on the processing website then you can submit a request. Hope this helps :)

What Benny said. Most of us who filed in February received our NOA1 in March or even April, but USCIS was backdating to the date of receipt so if they received your application a few days after you sent it, they should have backdated it to then. Unless they lost it temporarily. That happens. What is the received date on your NOA1? If it really is 3/10 then that's the date you have to wait to see on the USCIS site for processing times.

Yes, you should go with received date not notice date on your I-797 receipt.

Hi! on monday ı will try my best to apply for a date but there is a part with a medical school if they can be able to send my infos quick then I can be certain with the date... But my estimation with the date late february or early march.. I hope my visa can be done by that time... When do you wanna get the exam? did you start studying?

Hi, that sounds great. I know how difficult it is to focus when there's so much going on it can be so demotivating and depressing. I hope everything works out fine for you. I did start studying a bit but did not get into the flow yet, on top of everything I am a single mum with no help at all, it's very difficult. I'll send you a private message and we could exchange about books and qbanks if you like. I bet no one here cares about med student struggles lol

Got our NVC number today. It was so fast to get this only after 14 days. And last told me that they know we Russians transfer our cases that’s why they assign them numbers faster

I just submitted a case inquiry and they said my case is being adjudicated!!! I am very excited!!

Definitely a big relief to have this knowledge.

Has anyone else done this?

I also sent a case inquiry. After 10 days they said my case was also being  adjudicated give them up to 45 days to make a decision.

My fiance submited last tuesday still didnt get respond yet just got that they will reply by 9 november 😭

It’s the same for me. Submitted on 3 days ago and it said we will have answer by Nov 5.

Anyone hear of any approvals? Seems like there was basically no movement on Thursday.

Yea it seems to be moving very slow. Hoping they pick up soon as once we get into November I'm worried it'll slow down even more with Holidays coming up.

Here's the latest approved form VisaJourney so you can see how slow it is moving

Here's the link for the data if people are struggling to find it https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=1&visa=1&scenter=1&option=2&sortby=2

I'm tempted to put a request in but I'm thinking I'll only get the same answer as everyone else and still have to wait.

After seeing everyone else submit a case enquiry we submitted one as well. Not that I think we'll hear anything different but I guess it cant hurt submitting one.
