THANK YOU everybody! I think this is starting to move a little bit more because i see more of us recieving our NOA2 so i think soon you all will have some good news. Also they are not going in order so dont feel anxiety if someone with a different date recieve their NOA2 first even tho your NOA1 was earlier.

Hi everyone!!! congratulations to everybody who got their NOA2 I'm feb 25 filler still waiting, and trying to study for usmle step 1. every single day it is getting harder for me to not hear anything.. I hope sooner we all can get some kind of answer...

249 days in (Feb 11 received date). Just got a response to my case inquiry (made Oct 5): “Your case is currently being adjudicated. You will receive a notice of action*.” 

 

No further details, but hoping this means we’ll have an update soon!

Hi! When is the right time to submit outside of normal processing time request? Our case just hit that mark on the USCIS website so i wanted to know if i should wait little bit or just do it as soon as i can

I didn’t wait. It takes almost 2 weeks to get a response from USCIS.

Yea I was thinking the same, but I seem to remember someone earlier in the post say they was advised by their immigration lawyer to wait a few weeks before submitting one? 

Not sure if it even does anything submitting that as most the time they just seem to reply with not much information lol

Yea that sounds to me like you will get an answer anytime! Hoping you get good news soon!
