I have a question regarding the approval of cases.

Some cases that have been previously approved are being reapproved.

For example Case WAC2190050519 was already approved sept 27 and today it shows that it was approved today oct 7.

This isn't the only one that I've noticed this happening to. Any ideas what's going on?

I have noticed this as well on the spreadsheet. Im not exactly sure why this is happenening. Only thing I can guess is an IT glitch or something. No clue why its doing it though

This happened a few weeks ago too. I don't think it's "reapproval" though. I'm with Benny on it being a glitch. But yeah, it's weird.

We got approved Oct 8!!! 😍 I have been checking everyday since August. I stopped about a week ago because I'm getting anxious and impatient. I even pause notifications from this thread as I have been occupied by waiting alot!!!! I was expecting an rfe as we are aware he made a mistake filing out the forms. Guess it didn't matter.

NOA1 - February 12

NOA2 - Oct 8

Now I need to research how to get an expedited interview in Manila Embassy knowing its backlogged alot.

We are hoping to reunite by Christmas! ❤️ ❤️

It's still a long journey for all of us. But we are now getting really close!!

Congrats!! What's the expedite reason? I believe there are 4 main reason for expedite (child, active duty, health etc) Look at the Manila embassy website. Also remember NVC has to create your case number which you most likely will not get until November.  Then it takes around 2-3 months for an expedite to be approved at NVC. If the expedite is approved you are most likely looking at January the earliest for an interview.

Great! That is one of the reason i see some for manila have done an expedite. Once you get your case number put the request in ASAP. You never know how things work out :)
