Friday morning (Sept 17) update.

  • ~60 cases approved or RFEd since September 10.
  • We currently have 75 Approved (3.33%) and 22 RFE (1%) for February.
  • Of those, nearly all are Feb 1 dates in the 49500 to 50499 range
  • Feb 1 NOA1 date has 48 Approved and 18 RFEs

Update to the spreadsheet: If you click on the cases tab, each 500 WAC range now has a summary of status.

On a personal note, we're now at 220 days in 51000–51499 range (Feb 9). Tomorrow is my birthday. I don't think I'm getting THAT present ;)

Why do the approvals in the WACxxxxx50000 range have september NOA1 dates

The reason behind the different dates is the last taken action on it by USCIS.

For example:

Case got approved - last status change  case september 15th (NOA2)

Case was received - last status change january 28th (NOA1)

thekevkev gave you a response but I wanted to add that this is why it was important to pull the Feb data for the spreadsheet before too many cases started being looked at. I wasn't really thinking about it so I know I missed a few (for example, a bunch of Feb 25 cases were processed really early).

If you look at the spreadsheet, you'll see "NOA1 date" in one column and "last updated" in another.

Not a lot happened yesterday, but another 20 got approved or RFE on Friday.

You can, but different.

The only way to know if a status has changed on a specific case would be the actual case number. Thats one of the reason why it felt like a struggle

to organize the cases by the actual dates... like 1st Feb, 2nd Feb.... and so on. It looks like the easiest way to organize and filter that stuff is by using the

case numbers.
