Run a search for 500 cases in the app, download the .csv file (searching from 49000 to 59000 requires downloading 20 .csv files) then work some Excel magic.

The waiting for them to review my case is hard but I manage to get through each day. It’s all a waiting game but I have a lot of patience.

I have been through this before 10 years ago with my ex husband from Pakistan. Go figure that I would fall in love with another Pakistani.  I wouldn’t wish the visa journey on my worst enemy but here I am again lol.  Good luck to you. Feel free to contact me whenever you like.

Really in order to utilize the case number fully, they need the country and the name of the beneficiary (first/last and possibly middle if applicable).  About all they can do is see the latest status just like if you would search on the USCIC site under "case status online."  It is also part of the terms of service for Visa Journey.

I’m hoping someone can help me. 
With the new public charge rule, affidavit is no longer needed. Or is it ? 
I’m a bit confused on this new rule/law Biden passed.

Also  is i134 needed at all either from petitioner or beneficiary ? 
Is this still needed after Biden pass the new rules/ law with USCIS ?

As far as I know affidavit is still needed. The link you gave is for Form I-864, and that will be needed later for AOS.

The 1-134 must be submitted and income guidelines met in order to get the visa. I believe a cosponsor can also be used.

Hi and thank you for your response . I knew that petitioner needs to complete I-134 but wasn’t sure if it’s something we send back or beneficiary has it available at the interview. I learned that it’s need for the interview.

 

Also there is a better explanation on USCIS Facebook page that explains I-864 new rule in debt. They made a Q&A I found that was helpful. They mentioned many people were confused with the new rule in place.
